To find out what our partners like best about us, and how we can provide them an even better service, we conducted an in-depth survey with 14 of them—discussing topics from product setup and usability to client communication and collaboration.

100% of our survey participants would recommend our services to a friend or colleague. They would recommend mx51 because of a few key factors, including:

  • Our easy to set up solution

  • Strong support system

  • Quick responses, and

  • Dedicated focus on helping partners grow their business

The average score was 8.7 out of 10.

At mx51, we are proud of our unique support capabilities which enables us to diagnose in-store payment issues remotely when needed. With our technology, we have the ability to proactively monitor, diagnose and resolve issues before they impact a merchant.

Our dedicated support team can quickly identify integration or terminal failures and work with our bank and POS partners to triage solutions to ensure a seamless merchant experience. We help drive better advocacy for our partners by delivering a more stable payment solution that minimises the risk of merchants experiencing payment failures, reducing the volume of servicing calls to banks.

In addition to providing ongoing technical support to help make POS integrations easy, extra touches such as visiting merchants onsite to provide them with direct tech support, was also highly regarded by respondents.

Our cloud-based solution makes software installation quick and easy for merchants versus other solutions on the market today that rely on a client server environment which can often take hours to install. With an integrated offline mode, merchants can also continue to operate with 3G fallback even when their network is down.
